Jax Texture Update [GAMEPLAY]

Jax received a texture update a while back, which of course updated the textures and animations of all of his skins. This was the case for all Jax skins except Vandal Jax. The texture is still far below the quality of his older skins and even his base skin, as well as the walking animation on his cape.

Is there any information as to when this could be added into the game?
