Hello. I wasn on a trip 2 weeks and i did not played lol . When i came home i wanted to play. I chosed my champ and i couldn't get into the loading screen. When tried to alt+tab it wrote network connection failed and then game crashed i had the button to reconnect but when i pressed it i came back in the same black screen and then at the error . I reinstalled lol and tried then but nothing changed . Help please i wanna play again .
this simply means that you are having trouble connecting to league servers. i recommend going into a custom and letting it fully load until it tells you that it can't connect to the league of legends servers, then clicking reconnect or retry. once that is done, it should work perfectly fine. if not then try repairing league through the patcher.
Ok, ill happily walk you through the process :)
So when you first open up league you will see a launcher that has all the update stats and it has the launch button at the top. this is called the launcher or the patcher. From here its really simple! you go to the top left corner and click on the little ? icon. Once this is done you will see a pop up. It will have [Repair] [Player support] [Save logs] and [About]. Just click on the repair button and it will start to repair your league of legends files. this may take some time so don't expect it to instantly repair it. it could take anywhere from 10-15 minutes. If this doesn't solve your problem please contact Riot support.
