[GAMEPLAY] Annie stun not working

You used your stun on your w due to Annies q not consuming the passive until it hits someone while her w is instant so it will use the stun for the w even if it hits no one

yea, you used the Q to get to your stun, but you used the W to proc the stun.. pretty sure you hit a minion with it honestly.. you might have been hitting your keys too fast, and meant to go into W first, to get the stun available, and then go for Q, but they came out in the wrong order.
