VERY ANNOYING Mac High Sierra Early game CRASH issues

Teblar··3 votes·2,333 views

This started to happen 1-2 weeks ago and I thought it was just me or my computer being stupid but it seems like many other players are having this crash issue, where you start a game and after 3-4 minutes the game would instantly crash. Happens every 4-5 games minimum. Any solutions or ideas -.- ;

It is an issue RIOT knows about. I have submitted a ticket to them about 2 months ago since I have been having this problem for about three months now. They said they do not have a fix and the only way is to downgrade to a latest version of macOS. Here is a link that helped me downgrade to Sierra: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LmquLWE67aM Haven't had the crash bugs since :)

so far, i have opened up safari in the background and i keep discord closed, and I don't crash. make sure safari is taking up the whole screen.... no idea why this is working but it is. I'm 12 games deep and no crash. lemme know if this is a fluke or a temp fix

by 'safari in the background' do you mean just open up safari somewhere on one desktop and make it full screen, then just play league?

that is exactly what i mean. this is the page i now keep open and it seems to work.

But do you mean like drag the arrow on one corner of safari window, drag it out and make it really really big? or.. click on the left top green button and make it completely FULL screen? Thinking

yea theres no need for full screen mode, just a browser window that takes up the entire screen.

could you screenshot how big your safari is? possibly? I want to see because whenever I make the safari window full screen by dragging it out, after 1 league game it shrinks by itself
