Copying file Error please help!

I haven't played league for about 4 months now because of an Error that appeared out of nowhere that caused me to uninstall my game. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but this Error keeps popping up. The Error is: Copying file Error C:/Riot Games/League of Legends/RADS/projects/league_client/relases/installer/deploy/LeagueClient.ee to C:/riot Games/League of legends

Please let me know of any possible fixes.
