Left click and Perma- locked screen bug

There's this bug that i keep getting that prevents me from left clicking on anything (ex: left clicking to level up an ability or opening shop) but also makes my camera permanently stuck so the only it moves is if I lock it on my champ. Although I can normally fix this bug by reconnecting on Summoners Rift, it doesn't seem to work on Howling Abyss.
