Champion select bug

Whenever i'm in champion select I get this message that i'm trying to reconect (100% sure it's not my internet) then I have to wait like a couple of second and I can click the exit instead button, but sometimes I can't do sh*t couple of minutes ago it was my turn to lock in a champion and I just couldn't press the lock in button it was grey and yea the time ran out and I got a 30 min penalty and 10lp lose or something.

Isn't there a way you guys can make exceptions for people having these kinds of problem to return the lp or something XD it's frustratingggggggg Teemo

Like that wasn't bad enough I started a game and when the game was about to start eh timer stopped at 0 and nothing happened, I re started the clinet and I get a message i'm unable to connect to login Queue while the servers are up and my internet working fine. I checked lolnexus and yea my team remaked >.>
