long story short i got to 102 prestige points and 2300ish worlds 2019 tokens i buy the 100 prestige points plus icon pack and recieve an icon and nothing else i was waiting to take a photo of my 200 prestige points before i buy skins with them and a hundred of those are missing...

This happened to me too but once i clicked out of the loot and clicked back into it they were there
