[GAMEPLAY] Katarina -Becomes Visible While Using AOE Abilities in Brushes/Fog of War

When Katarina casts W or R, enemies that are hit gain vision of Katarina.

1. Stand in a brush
2. Cast either Sinister Steel and/or Death Lotus on a passing enemy
3. Watch as your enemy realizes exactly where you are

I've tried this in a custom with my friend and have also confirmed this via watching replays.

I know for a fact that this is a fairly recent change, but I don't know if this is intended because there was no mention of this in any patch notes(I don't think).
