[CLIENT] Post-Game Screen Bug

So I've been having this issue occasionally post-game screen, where it wont show anything but this. I would like to see my after game stats.

As well, the lit-up summoner names are no longer there(on the top right), telling me if a player has left the lobby(other than it saying so in the chat box). This second part of the issue seems to occur even if it doesn't bug out like this.
