Twitch's Rat-at-tat-tat Does not damage the Nexus.

It is able to damage every other structure in the game, but even if you are directly up close to the nexus it does NOTHING against it, no damage what-so-ever.

This could be a serious problem for a twitch player who is about to win the game, activates his ult to hit the enemies through the nexus while he shoots it but instead, dies because the Nexus is absolutely immune to his ultimate.

Please Fix Riot.
