[Gameplay] Camille Press the Attack STOPS WORKING?

About 15mins into my game toplane Camille v Wukong, my Press The Attack just stopped working. It wasn't just a visual indicator either, because the stat for the rune paused at 456 for the rest of the game, and I was never able to get any effect from the rune whatsoever. It may have to do with a particular moment where I killed his clone, but otherwise I have no idea what caused this. I can, however, directly link the replay file if that was allowed. Otherwise I'll just leave the link to the match history.
