Reaper Soraka Bug?

Well, I do not personally have Reaper Soraka. However, my wife does have the skin. But, upon trying to use the skin multiple times in Aram and Normal Bots. It would switch from Reaper Soraka to a different skin. Even though Reaper Soraka was selected. So, I just wanted to at least create a topic in regards to this issue. Its happened about 10 times so far. We tested it in custom aram and multiple bot games as well. Does the same thing. But, it seems to work in Normal 5v5 and 3v3, including teambuilder.
