Death recap bug ?

*sorry if i have bad english * Hello, this is my first post on the lol boards about the death recap in LOL because every time i open up the death recap after i die, many icons that should appear in the death recap are not there (imgur) and random names without any icons that aren't from the enemy champion appear in the death recap abilities (i went to practice to get at least one of these random names to appear in the death recap but it didn't) i'm not sure if it's a bug but can a rioter plz respond or explain why these random names appear and try to fix it thanks [slayer-jinx-wink]
