[GAMEPLAY] x2 kat and others / wont respond with moves and every game stops moving and wont respond

hello, been playing league's for years and this has started to happen recently not because of the newest update tho , nearly every game i play Katrina i have issues with my moves q,w,e,r main one is my ult it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't even respond when asked to do so , and 50% of the time when it does work it cancels itself and start auto running , the other thing is ignite didn't work for 30 mins of the game, also every game and i mean every , all champs, will stop running or not even move for at least 3-5 secs sometimes longer but not losing connection and still can type to others , game still plays on as well can see everything but cannot move or use moves, dunno if this happens alot for others but hope this is being looked into cuz its making it unplayable at times, thanks you ,
