Extremely long game load times

For about the past 3 or 4 days now every time I try to play I will get stuck in the loading screen for 5-10 mins longer than everyone else. In games that last long enough for me to Get into games I have also noticed lag spikes where I skip several seconds while being unresponsive. I have uninstalled and reinstalled which did not help. Because of this issue the game is effectively unplayable, so any help would be appreciated.
