black screen on champion selection

for a while now every time i join a game and pass the afk test a black screen appear ,and afer 1 min or more the black screen go and a message saying that i have been removed from the game for failling to select a champion. the only way i ve found is to uninstall the game but i ve grown tired of that since it take some good hours to download the game again. i would appreciate it if anybody have a solution the that issue that idk if am the only 1 having it and thx for any advices.
