League wont start

Whenever I load League, the "League of Legends" logo comes up and disappears. This happened after i was downloading a new patch of yours, 5.2 and it stopped at 99% and gave an error which said to either send logs or continue, i picked continue and it just froze at 99% for another 10 mins, i closed it and restarted league, it also went up to 99% and showed the same message error and i pressed send logs this time, still 10 mins and i closed it. after that i went to the upper right and clicked on the "?" and it said Repair, Send logs and etc, i pressed repair a couple of times, nothing influenced those 99% then i turned on the peer to peer thing but i doubt it has nothing to do with the problem. So i closed it and then restarted my comp and when i tried opening league but it just kept showing League of legends starting logo and disapearing not even letting me in to the launcher (homepage, update page, play page) Helpppp, i always had problems on the times of updates (waiting too long, stuck on 33% etc ) but it all worked fine after 30 mins, this time its gg. Please help, i dont feel like deleting league and redownloading it cuz that takes 2 days for my computer to download.
