Not getting Bonus IP? (1/28/16)

I play a lot of bots for practice and have received Bonus IP but my last 2 games I have not received it even though I have full Pre-made teams for maximum IP.

Is this a bug? Can I no longer get bonus IP on arams AND bots? Are the games too short for bonus IP?

It doesn't apply to ARAMs this time, for whatever reason. item 3070

The ip bonus icon shows 0% for any game mode with any amount of people in the party, i think its glitched.

Same thing is happening to me. Riot says they are aware of the issue. Hopefully its patched soon.

I've only seen bonus IP apply to Draft Pick games. Everywhere else it's 0%.
