Patch 8.6 Monthly Reminder: Control Ward tab?

A monthly reminder that the mysterious all-seeing consumables tab containing only a control ward is still impossible to remove from custom item sets.

Reproduction seems to be: -Make a custom item set -Go in game

Maybe important to note?: the control ward tab only shows up on summoner's rift, so the game understands that control wards are impossible to buy on other maps. The howling abyss equivalent is oracle's elixir. It's not especially a big deal but for item sets that are just small enough to warrant not scrolling, the control ward tab breaks that. Also, this bug has been around since December of 2017, can this be fixed already?
