[CLIENT & GAMEPLAY] Not earning Hextech Chests.

After playing a casual game of 5v5 Summoner's Rift, one of my friends earned an S- on Fizz and we are all aware that if a player of your team earns an S- , everyone in the team will earn a Hextech Chest right? Well unfortunately, I didn't earn one. Everyone else in the team each earned a Hextech Chest, except for me! I checked my profile to see if I had any available chests. I have 4 chests that are available to be acquired but.. Riot decides to hate on me :(

Nah jk have any of you guys experienced this issue? I have been waiting for the past week for a Hextech Chest and now, I have 2 Hextech Keys including a Key Fragment!

Which champion were you playing in that game? You can only earn one chest per champion per season, so if you have already earned a chest for the champion that you were playing that game, then you won't be able to earn another chest on that champion until next season.
