Evelynn Q goes on 11 second cool down [GAMEPLAY]

The clip should be started around 49:20. I've never experienced this particular bug before but I very often have a different bug with Eve where if they flash or use any sort of gap closer while I use my E it goes on full cool down and does zero daamge. Regardless, I throw out my ult and press Q once and you can see it goes on an 11 second cool down.

I have no idea on how to reproduce it.

You sure it's 49:20? All I see you using R and then your W goes on 11 second cooldown, not Q. Too lazy to browse the whole game to search.

I mean it's like a few seconds after that, the fight starts around 49:20. Pretty much happens the moment I spawn.
