[GAMEPLAY] Did not have promote game after 100LP in ranked game

I had 100LPS, and got message that next game is promote series, good luck. After I played another one, I down to 80 LP. it was not promote game, it should be 3 games, not losing one game and down to 80LP. It counted as a regular rank game not promote, RIOT please solve these bugs, we trying so hard to play ranked games to earn 100LP.
