My champion won't move bug?

so I was playing a game and 25min ingame I use flash and after that flash my champion refused to move, so I did restart pc and those thing still no change, then I found out I could move my champion with point a spell and it would move there to cast it but still could not move normal way. after the game I tried a new one custom ofc but still the same.
