A contact msg box keeps popping up after i pick my champ. interfering with game.

when I enter champ select screen and pick my champ a large contact chat box appears preventing me from choosing a lane. there is no way to get rid of it. I even deleted my contacts hoping that would fix it but it still appears. The crazy thing about it is that it only comes on when I log in with my account to play. When my sons log in with their accounts it doesn't happen. They play entire game with no problems
