I have the same problem since yesterday morning. Also if i somehow start a game just in the middle of it everything freezes for like 5-10 seconds (usually i die during this time :) ). And also during champ select i cant edit my masteries and i just got kicked out of champ select for not locking a champion - because everything fronze and i couldn't but the chat was still working for some reason.
