Azir cannot benefit from Enchant: Homeguards when he has a tower on the field in combat.

  1. I raised a tower
  2. I died
  3. I respawned
  4. Enemy team was fighting my tower
  5. My homeguards would not activate

I'm guessing the tower counts as azir so your not on the platform. Could confirm by trying to undo an item with a tower up.
