Not getting mastery tokens

I have earned two S- rankings with Morgana while she was at level 5. And no mastery tokens, I should have two of them.

Are you playing normal or ranked Summoner's Rift? Other game modes aren't eligible for mastery tokens.

I took a look at your match history and noticed that your two most recent Morgana games were played on OFA and Twisted Treeline. As Lew said, you cannot earn mastery tokens on ARAM, Twisted Treeline, or any of the rotating game modes. You can only earn them while playing normal or ranked Summoner's Rift.
