[Client] Panda Annie's Molten Shield on Tibbers is noisy.

As the title says, any time you activate Molten Shield while Tibbers is up, at least on Panda Annie (have not tested any other skins), there is an audible fuzz/static noise that both myself and other players reported hearing. The buff on Tibbers seems to be the only thing causing the noise.

Tibbers "fireworks" sound on Panda Annie unusually loud since 5.2.

That noise is actually heard whenever Panda Annie's Tibbers is alive, and is intentional. It is the noise of the fireworks on Tibbers' back.

Ah, my bad. A bit strange though that the volume got increased so much. I've never heard it before this recent patch, and the only skin I use for Annie is Panda Annie.
