The Tutorial Won't Start

So, I'm on a level 10 account and trying to do the tutorial because I'm bored and can't be asked to play an actual game (plus there's the promised reward), but every time I try to do the tutorial I just get a spinning loading bar that either lasts seemingly forever or kicks me back to the main menu. I've tried closing the client and opening it again several times and leaving and re-queueing, but this just happens every time. I don't get why though.
