Lol Store is still Bugged

For the past week my LoL store has been bugged. I click on it and some of the parts are black or out of place and if i click on runes or champions, for example, their icon doesn't show. Only the unlock button shows but if i click it nothing happens. I asked this last week and no one had answers i am getting mad because i cant use the shop at all to buy runes, champions, skins, etc. PLEASE HELP. I think this might be because of the snowdown shop.
