RITO PLEASE FIX RELIC SHIELD ON THRESH
You basically have to cs as thresh to get that relic shield proc off unlike every other support who hits it at half hp.

Relic shield execute damage only works with **MELEE **attacks.
Thresh auto attacks are RANGED, therefore he can't execute them. He **HAS **to CS the minion to make the healing/gold work for him.

Thresh's attacks are ranged! And relic shield only procs with melee attacks!

have you tried reading the item? You should also search the boards before posting something to. Because if you did you would know that there are at least 20 other of these post of people sounding like retards.
