Jungler Did Not Get LVL 2 off of Red? Nobody has stolen the xp?

Our jungler Yasuo started Red. He killed it smiteless(not that this should matter per se). He did not get level 2. Why?

See the video, nobody else got xp. Yasuo has the purple XP bar that looks to be full up to about 200 xp out of 280 XP. I looked (and in the video) at the twitch poison tick on it appears to actually dissapear at the last second before Red is killed.

If anyone can lend some information this way, it would be great as I frankly do not understand it. I will try to find the replay file to upload itself if you want to check. If you feel this video I linked is not long enough, I could upload more of it.

The only answer I can see is that he didn't build Talisman or Machete. They give bonus XP for killing Large monsters.

did he have his machete? that gives bonus xp to the jungler. needless to say I've had this happen multiple times with me and my jungle items so I just sort of assumed it was bugged.

Ok, yes both of you are correct. That player(Yasuo) was super toxic anyway. Was toxic enough to demand to see evidence against him and when I told him it was just cuz he bought Doran's blade and not a jungle item he was unwilling to accept his mistake and said "ayt bye %%%%".

Because he wanted me to link him my video upload so he could leave comments on it talking crap to me.
