Vayne Auto attack doesn't count hit.

I will attempt to record the issue. and place a link in within the next day or two. I've noticed when CS'ing. I'll attack a minion and click to move back (while the auto attack is heading towards the minion) the attack will hit but not count. OR it will disappear. Anyone else notice similar / minor outlying issues?
