Champion refunded that I didn't refund

I had 3000 one hundred or so IP and then it jumped to 9000 something after a game. I checked the store to see if it said i could afford a champion worth more IP than I had, but I noticed Vel'Koz available - a champion I had bought. I checked my purchase history and sure enough he was refunded for 6300 IP.

I don't mind, but i have one less refund token now. Just wanted to let you guys know in case it ever happens again to someone else :)
