Nexus Siege wrong trinket cant get out of the fountain

As the attacker you got to different trinkets one for vision when in lane and one for teleporting when in the fountain. I got stuck in the fountain with the vision trinket. There was no other way to get back so i got stuck for 10+ minutes and got a leaver buster massage. Someone in the lobby also had this problem. Thank you
