[Gameplay] Tahm Kench's abilities don't trigger Kalista's W passive

When Tahm Kench is bonded to Kalista, none of his offensive abilities trigger the passive on Sentinel (W). Tahm's abilities correctly apply the stacks to empower Devour (W) and Tongue Lash (Q), and auto attacks from Tahm do correctly trigger Sentinel's passive, but not abilities.
