[Gameplay] Jhin ghost permacrit?

Basically I noticed that when I died to mord's ult as Jhin when I was on my last bullet the ghost never reloaded or lost bullets but instead stayed on the last bullet, I'm not sure if this means the ghost will always crit and gain the movement speed buff but I would of thought that the bullet-reload mechanic would of stayed even in ghost form.
