No Ranked options [CLIENT]

I logged in to EUW today about 5:45pm BST and did not have any ranked game options. I wanted to play Ranked 5v5 but it wasn't an option to select. I logged out and logged back in again (which took quite a few tries due to the issue with logging in). When I got back into the client there was still no ranked games. I asked my friends if they could select ranked games and they said they could, and sent me a screenshot to prove it.

The link attached shows what I see.

EDIT - I logged in with my other account just now and I saw the same thing...what is happening?

I have the same issue, but i have a friend who can join ranked queue without any issues and he cannot invite me either, it says im ineligible to join, he is currently ingame without any issues lol... seems like problem only to some people but not all

Ok so I come back to my PC, I left the client logged in all this time (it's now 9pm BST). Now I have ranked games available. No Idea why, but I hope it is fixed for you too Brutebringer. And I hope Riot knows why this happened and they have a fix :)
