Leaver Buster has failed me again.

I don't know, but I've q'd up for 3v3 to get leaver buster off of me, and after waiting over 3 times, it never match-made me. Wasted 60 sitting there waiting. I feel like I deserve an explanation of what I'm doing wrong. If Leaver Buster does not apply to 3v3 or ARAM, please lock it for us before we sit and waste our time. I am extremely salty I had to sit through 3, 20 minute wait times, just to not get match-made, and having to sit through it again. Worst part is, they don't count towards my Games Left. Pretty tilted.
