Unable to load into games

Okay so this occurs on all of my league accounts + PBE, am posting from one of my smaller accounts.

1)My league client works fine up, champ select works like a charm 2)I'll load 50% or so into the game, before getting hit with "Your network has disconnected." or something to that effect 3)It'll boot me into the client again, however, client looks more like the imgur link shows. Play button or any tabs will not appear, unable to reconnect until they remake or end, taking me to post-game select.

I'm having the same issue, well sort of. My champ select works fine but as soon as you're about to load in the 2nd client never loads up and, says the reconnect button. I press it several times to no prevail and does nothing. I closed and reopened my client to the image above I got. I've reinstalled and tried my other accounts to no success and help I can get would be fantastic. Thanks

I'd also like to addon that I swapped wifi networks, and now i dc every minute or so. My ping spikes to about 1300
