J4 no attack animation on minions and champions
I played jarvan in a ranked game and I wasn't able to see my attack animation while attacking either champions and minions. I could see my attack when I was hitting the tower.

I have had this same problem almost every 1 out of 3 games for the past few days. I can't see attack animations and the creeps freeze rendering me totally useless and sometimes it persists even through a re-log. I have tried reinstalling i have tried patching the client and even tried switching regional servers.
