Bug Alistar Auto after (W)

According to Riot, Alistar is no longer able to auto as someone is flying through the air (According to patch 4.15) However, today patch 5.6 was released on NA servers and an Alistar top was able to do this several times to me and my team activating sheen and static shiv. Not sure if this is intentionally back in the game and if not I thought it should be addressed. Thanks.
