[CLIENT] Wrong thumbnail in Dr.Mundo

In summoner profile, in the "Champions" tab, Dr. Mundo has a wrong thumbnail. Show the Thumbnail of Scion, and the name says Dr. Mundo.

1. Login to the game
2. Go to summoner profile
3. Click in "Champions" tab
4. Scroll to Dr. Mundo, shows Scion thumbnail.
