[CLIENT] Ranked 3v3 Stats Sometimes Doesn't Update

My friends and I created a ranked team and started doing ranked 3v3s. Last night we played a game that we won but we weren't credited any LP gain for winning that match. Doing some further digging we found it shows up in our individual match histories (link to it showing up in my match history: http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2140889736/33125148) but doesn't show up in the team match history or stats at all (total games played, total wins, total LP, average stats per champion all remain unchanged).

I'm not entirely sure how to reproduce this issue, but I can say that this has happened to us twice in 11 games. I think the first time was game # 4 during our placements which we lost and it didn't count. We weren't too bummed about a loss not counting and we thought it might have been a really rare one-time bug so we didn't bother about it much. Then it happened again yesterday and I figured it's worth reporting.

This happened to me today, same in ranked 3v3. My friends and I were doing the 5 placements and the 2nd and 3rd game we won, they did not count for the team, as if the games never took place. However, in the match history they were shown. It is really frustrating because we played 7 games with only 1 defeat and three of the wins disappeared misteriously. So for example: in the team profile, of the 7 games we played, shows: W: 3 G: 4 Meaning that we only won 3 out of 4 games, which is unbelievable that this registers are not working properly. Something I realised is that everytime this games disappeared for the Team, after finishing them, we couldn't go to the game stats, we had to press the little button that says "Skip game stats" to proceed. A part from that, we were shown the following message: Error, An unexpected error has occurred. Sorry about that. We've sent a report to the server....check the support site or forum...

Furthermore, the team was not even placed in the ladder due to this issue, when we definately played more games than the 5 required...
