[Gameplay] Strange schizophrenic like vision and movement in game

Mainly happens when playing against Nidalees. Whenever Nidalee goes in and out of the line of sight for your team her icon appears in many odd places on the minimap and on the screen. She also appears to glide and flow resembling lag. I know this isn't lag related because other players have commented on it as well and it just seems to happen with Nidalees. I have no idea how this bug is possible or how it persists?!?

I noticed the same thing. When she places a trap sometimes she appears for a split second where she placed the trap in the animation of placing the trap. I wasted abilities and mana shooting at her but it hasnt affected me that much but Id be pissed if I blew an ult or a flash and it turned out to be nothing more then a nid trap. Its pretty consistent, happens pretty much every time I play against a Nidalee .
