LAGGING CLIENT

every night my client starts to lagg horrifically... it is fine during the day but at night laggs like a mofo and no idea why i have low spec turned on just in case. i have missed several accept ques due to this and it is not just me having this issue my friends are also having horrific lag in the client only the game is just fine but the client is shitting itself.
