Got a 30 minute and lost of LP wait for what?

I was in a rank champion select game on the 10 champion ban list and a teammate didn't choose a ban and the screen went into a loading screen I sat and waited for a at least a good minute so I guess it was bug splat so I exited the game and when I came back i got a 30 minute ban wait and lost of LP for what? Please riot fix this I was robbed on LP and game time. Thank you
