I cannot move the character within a few seconds

I normally played league today, as suddenly i cannot move jinx as i constantly click on the character, i just cannot use abilities, everything, and i died, after that i can move again, but it seems there is a serious delay on something :( my wifi works absolutely normal with the ping of 30, and did not attempt to reconnect.....
