[Gameplay] Unknown Execution Bug

I'm not exactly sure how to describe this bug or reproduce it but essentially what occurred is Riven's q (Broken Wings) procced Yasuo's passive (Way of the Wanderer) and then I died to turret. Normally this would have given the kill to Riven but instead I was executed.

If you look carefully you can see that yasuo has a sliver of shield left from the q You will not have contributed to a champions death if you hit the shield only. This is not a bug.
